PUBLIC
SERVICE OF ONTARIO ACT, 2006 (PSOA)
LCBO employees
are deemed Public Servants of the
Ontario Government. The PSOA
establishes an ethical framework for
all public servants. Under the
regulations of the PSOA all new
employees, upon commencement of
employment, are required to swear or
