Tasting Note
...It is clearly one of the best Cabs in this price range and it won its mini blind flight. It opens with a fragrant blend of cinnamon, peppermint, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and very silky. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild black cherry with notes of cinnamon and beet. The finish is very dry and its sticky tannins are present for sometime. This elegant Cab is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with veal parmigianna in the near term ... Score - 90.
