As a responsible host, you want to offer your guests a selection of beverages including a delicious "Elephantini" mocktail.

This non-alcoholic cocktail was developed in honour of LCBO's latest social responsibility campaign Deflate the Elephant.

Ingredients:

3 oz. chocolate milk
2 tsp. caramel sauce
2 tbsp. whipped cream
Banana slice
Cinnamon
White sugar
Ice

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 3 oz. chocolate milk, 2 tsp. caramel sauce and 2 tbsp. whipped cream.

2. Shake sharply and strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Dip a banana slice in equal parts cinnamon and white sugar, and garnish.
